PICK-UP AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

At FlexPay Furniture, you have the option to either pick up your purchased items yourself or opt for local delivery, whether you're shopping online or in our showroom. If you select delivery, an additional fee will apply, which is calculated based on mileage. We deliver locally within a 45-mile radius from our warehouse.

 

Delivery Policy:

Upon receiving your items at our warehouse, we alert our in-house delivery service. They will contact you within 72 hours to schedule a delivery, considering the upcoming routes within a 45-mile radius of our warehouse location.

Most furniture pieces require minor assembly, such as attaching legs to a sofa or the back of a recliner. If you opt for delivery, note that assembly is not included in the standard delivery fee and is available at an additional charge. Whether it's minor assembly that doesn't require tools, or more extensive assembly for items delivered in a box, our professional assembly services are available for purchase. Please consult with your sales representative when setting up your delivery to add this service.

We strongly recommend measuring your space before buying to ensure the furniture fits. If an item doesn't fit, it will be returned to our warehouse, attracting a 15% restocking fee. Alternatively, you can receive full in-store credit (minus delivery fees) to select another product. If our delivery team cannot accommodate your items, they may suggest signing a liability waiver to proceed. If this attempt fails and damages the furniture, repair fees will apply.

Report any concealed damage to our Warranty Department within 48 hours of delivery for potential repair or replacement. After this timeframe, only hidden manufacturer defects will be considered.

Please ensure your room is ready for your new furniture, as our delivery team will not rearrange existing furniture. Moreover, we don't deliver to unattended locations. Upon delivery, you must sign and date a packing slip to acknowledge receipt of your product.

 

Pick Up and Inspection Policy:

Pick-ups can be scheduled from either of our locations: our warehouse at 9191 N 76th St, Milwaukee, WI 53223 or our Smart Buy location at 5070 S 74th St, Greenfield, WI 53220. The pick-up hours are from 12 pm to 3:00 pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

A photo ID is required at pick-up. If someone other than the customer named on the order is picking up the items, we need their name for security purposes. It's your responsibility to inspect your product at the time of pick-up, and any damage occurring during transportation is your liability. Once you've confirmed that the furniture is damage-free, FlexPay Furniture assumes no further responsibility, except in cases of hidden manufacturer defects. For certain complex items, inspection at pick-up is not performed. Report any damage to these items to our Warranty Department via email within 48 hours.

We'll notify you when your items are ready for pickup. To arrange a pick-up time, you can contact us at support@smartbuyfurniture.com. Please be advised that if you initially choose to pick up your items and later decide to have them delivered, a $50 reverse transfer fee will be added to your total purchase.
